Friendly Kia Service Center’s Response to COVID-19

At Friendly Kia, we prioritize the health and safety of our staff and customers, especially during this trying time. As a result of the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have implemented new regulations and protocols in our service center to better serve our customers while keeping them and our team safe at this time.

In an attempt to help minimize the risk and spread of COVID-19, the Friendly Kia team is continuously sanitizing and deep cleaning all areas of our dealership multiple times per day. This includes our showroom, service center, bathrooms, waiting areas, and personal offices. In addition to routine sanitization practices, our janitorial crews have implemented additional cleaning services at our dealership and have put extra focus on disinfecting the various high-touch areas throughout our establishment. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are on hand at all times and are available to customers waiting in our service area.

How We Are Keeping You and Your Vehicle Safe During Service Appointments

During a maintenance appointment at Friendly Kia, our service advisors and technicians will disinfect all high-touch areas of your vehicle, including the steering wheel, gear shifter, and door handles, to eliminate the presence of germs in your car. If your vehicle needs to be kept overnight or longer at the Friendly Kia Service Center, we have rental vehicles available for you to use. Our team thoroughly sanitizes all rideshare and rental vehicles in between customer uses.

Those who prefer to skip the rental vehicle can have their vehicle picked up from their home by a member of our service team and have it brought back after the service appointment. With this contact-free service we can even process your payment over the phone or online for better convenience, comfort, and peace of mind.

Through Kia’s Promise program, any warranty that is set to expire any time between March 2020 and May 2020 will be extended through June 30, 2020. With this warranty extension in place, your vehicle will have coverage for longer to help lower the costs of qualifying service needs and repairs.
