What Does the 2022 Kia Carnival Have to Offer?

The Kia Sedona has been a part of the U.S. lineup since the 2002 model year and now 20 years later we are bidding farewell to the household minivan name. With the introduction of the Carnival name comes a completely redesigned look for this Kia family mover.  

The 2022 Kia Carnival is expected to be offered in LX, EX, and SX trim levels with a standard 3.5-liter V6 engine. The 2022 Carnival will look less like a minivan and more like an SUV when it arrives in Tampa Bay. 

The SUV-inspired Kia Carnival is known for its prominent C-pillar trim and modern exterior design, which we can expect in the U.S. variant. We anticipate that the 2022 Carnival will be larger than the outgoing 2021 Kia Sedona and will offer more interior space with an attractive and updated interior design. 

A redesigned center console and dashboard are expected to come along with the 2022 Kia Carnival. Shoppers can expect all of the infotainment features they have grown to love from the Kia minivan, including a massive touchscreen interface, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and Bluetooth® connectivity.
