The elite Optima SX delivers a heart-pounding 245 horsepower on the road thanks to the 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbo powerhouse engine beneath its hood. The competing 2020 Ford Fusion also offers three engine options and comes fitted with a standard 1.5-liter Ti-VCT I-4 engine with 181 horsepower and 185 pound-feet of torque on tap.
