With safer-at-home orders and social distancing measures in place, it can be hard to keep kids busy, especially when school lessons are done for the day. Duolingo has an online site and a mobile app, giving your child more than one way to learn. The daily lessons are short and help develop your child’s language vocabulary. There are 35 different languages that are currently available on Duolingo, including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Italian, Koren, Chinese, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, Greek, Hebrew, Hawaiian, Latin, Welsh, Klingon, and more.

BrainPOP 

Kids are currently able to get free access to online tools and lessons through BrainPOP.  A full range of lessons is available through this program, from coding to science to engineering to social studies. Kids can even take arts and music lessons. There is a new focus topic each day, keeping all of the lessons new and fresh.  

NASA Kids’ Club
