Kia Cadenza Hybrid Sedan Global Debut Details
The Kia Cadenza is already well-established as a luxury sedan with style and grace. Think Gene Kelly and Debbie Reynolds in “Singing in the Rain,” and you’re almost there. While we’re eagerly looking forward to the upcoming 2017 Kia Cadenza, which has already seen time at the NY Auto Show and has new features like Head Up Display and a new hexagonal front fascia design, there’s a hybrid Cadenza in the works. We’ll give you the details about the Kia Cadenza hybrid sedan, which recently made its global debut.
Details of the Global Debut – Cadenza Hybrid
While the Kia Cadenza is already known for its elegant combination of power (V6 engine with 293 HP in 2016 models) and design, as well as its technology (voice-command navigation, 12-speaker audio, more), the hybrid is an entirely new take on the large sedan. Some features we’ve gleaned from its global debut at the Busan International Motor Show in June.
- First-ever hybrid powertrain for the Cadenza, which will reduce emissions and improve fuel economy.
- Hybrid-specific wheels.
- Blue-tinted LED headlights.
When Can We See the Cadenza Hybrid on the Lot?
Good question. As you’ll see if you stay with us for the next section in this post, Kia has plenty of hybrid vehicles in the works as our EcoDynamics sub-brand is booming.
While there is no hard date set for when a Cadenza Hybrid will be on lots domestically, now that it’s making the rounds at international auto shows, we anticipate that the next step is for it to be displayed at auto shows in the U.S., and then in a year or two with luck we’ll see this at our New Port Richey FL lot.
