Gasparilla Festival of the Arts 2018 Dates and Times
In case you haven’t been reading our blog lately, we’re eagerly awaiting the festivals that make-up Gasparilla 2018. Ever since the pirate festival, we’ve been twiddling our thumbs here waiting for more Gasparilla fun and resorting to publishing blogs with themes like analyzing how Bill Murray would spend Groundhog Day in 2018 Kia models and giving out fake awards from the Friendly Kia dogs.
We’re desperate for more swashbuckling fun in Tampa Bay.
What is the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts?
Luckily, the 2018 Gasparilla Festival of the Arts is right around the corner. This festival kicks off the Gasparilla festivals seasons and is a terrific opportunity to get out and enjoy some of the most interesting, unique and creative artwork you’ll find in West Central Florida (second only to the way the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play football. ☹)
Held at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts is a free event that gives local, national and international artists a platform to display the unique and creative perspectives they possess which are expressed through a variety of artistic media.
The 2018 Gasparilla Festival of the Arts also includes live entertainment from nationally-touring singer-songwriters, blues bands, rock and roll and more. So, even if traditional art isn’t your thing, 2018 Gasparilla Festival of the Arts gives you an opportunity to enjoy live music, great food and a buzzing social environment.
It’s a lot of fun!
