2021 Kia Sorento U.S. Release Date Speculation
There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the debut and release of the 2021 Kia Sorento. We have seen the photos and the excitement has raised – but when can we actually purchase a 2021 Kia Sorento or expect to see it on dealership lots?
In this guide, we are going to dive into what we know so far about the 2021 Kia Sorento U.S. release date so you can plan for the arrival of this updated Kia.
2021 Sorento Model U.S. Release and Pricing
As we announced previously, the 2021 Kia Sorento lineup is set to include gasoline and hybrid model options. Both variants are set to launch in Europe in the third quarter of 2020, meaning we will likely see them in the U.S. market a few months after their European release.
But what about the plug-in hybrid models? These models won’t join the European lineup until late 2020, early 2021, so we won’t see them on U.S. soil until 2021.
The pricing of the 2021 Sorento is likely to have a relative increase based on the current cost of the 2020 model. The 2020 Sorento is currently listed at a starting price of $26,990, so we can expect to see the 2021 model start off somewhere between $25,000 and $30,000.
