How Much Bigger is the 2021 Sorento Compared to the 2020 Model?
When looking at the 2020 Kia Sorento, its size specs and measurements were pretty impressive. It sat at 66.3 inches tall, 189 inches long, 74.4 inches wide, had a 109.4-inch wheelbase, a 7.3-inch ground clearance, 21-degree departure angle, and a 16.9-degree approach angle. The seven-passenger 2020 Sorento offered 11.3 cubic feet of cargo space that could expand to 38 cubic feet with the third row of seats folded down and 73 cubic feet of space with the second row folded as well.
Looking at the revamped 2021 Sorento, it sits at .4 inches longer than the 2020 model with a 110.8-inch wheelbase. The 2021 model is slightly taller, measuring in at 66.9 inches tall, and slightly wider at 74.8 inches wide.
The third-row seats in the 2021 Sorento are adjustable to give you space when you need it most. Whether its legroom for backseat passengers or extra cargo space, the flexible seating lets you customize each inch of the cabin.
The full specs on the cargo capacity of the 2021 Sorento aren’t released yet, but we do know that if you opt for a five-passenger variant you can expect to see roughly 32 cubic feet of space in the back of the vehicle.
